Purpose
These terms govern access to the AFRIKAWA website and the use of the Join form. The site presents a Moroccan mobile coffee concept. It does not sell stations online and it does not offer securities.
Acceptable use
You may browse the public pages and send a Join request if you are at least 18 or acting for an organisation. You must not misuse the form, attempt to disrupt the service or submit unlawful content.
Requests
Sending a form is a request for contact, not a contract. AFRIKAWA may accept, refuse or ask for more information. No exclusivity, investment or host agreement is created by a submission.
Intellectual property
Site content belongs to AFRIKAWA or its licensors. You may not copy the brand, photographs, videos or texts for commercial use without written permission.
Personal data
Form data is processed as described in the privacy policy, with Law 09-08 / CNDP as the reference framework.
Liability
The site is provided for information. AFRIKAWA is not responsible for third-party press pages, temporary unavailability or decisions you take based only on this website.
Governing law
